Great information for the most part on timely topics. Even though I consider myself somewhat computer savvy, I have had difficulty synching my iPod. (I typically get help from younger associates or my children.) Perhaps a preview of the topic list and step by step instructions by an onsite representative would improve uptake by those of my generation and older. Elanco has a great idea but I think I am the only member of my organization utilizing this service. Regardless of the wrinkles, I want to say "thanks" for this service that I never knew I needed!
